If you want insights and information about improving your guitar playing you can't get anywhere else, then choose one of the other sections above. All the subjects on this page are covered elsewhere on the web and in various books. Here however, I've provided my own angles on teaching these traditional topics.

Keep in mind that you can progress faster and make practice of all the everyday subjects below more effective, if you learn Focusing and Attention techniques which I've briefly described in the sections above. It is not possible to explain these effectively with text as they need to be demonstrated. However I do run workshops on these subjects and you can sign up to find out more here.
